About iKVA

iKVA is an early-stage Knowledge Management company creating solutions for enterprises based on iKVA’s unique AI search technology. iKVA is a spin-out from Cambridge University and our founders are academics and researchers from Cambridge University’s Department of Computer Science & Technology (aka the Computer Lab). iKVA’s technology has been proven through proof of concepts with large organisations and, having secured funding, we are looking to build the company and the team to fully commercialise the products and take us to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with the CEO and Head of Sales, you will be the first person in the marketing team responsible for promoting iKVA through mainly digital communications, building out the iKVA brand, and executing the marketing strategy. This will include managing our digital channels, organising and managing marketing and lead generation campaigns, creating engaging content, working with our external PR team and managing events and exhibitions.

Skills and Experiences


  • Three years or more of B2B marketing experience with complex technical products and services
  • An excellent communicator with proven ability to create interesting, relevant, and effective campaigns and content
  • Exposure to early-stage/startup environment
  • Demonstrable ability to run digital marketing campaigns, including measuring performance and ensuring ROI
  • Experience of common marketing tools such as Hubspot, Hootsuite, CMS, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp
  • Ownership of company social media channels
  • A free thinker who can work independently
  • Ability to be based in the central Cambridge office at least three days/week


  • Educated to degree standard or higher
  • Recognised marketing qualifications, eg CIM
  • Some experience in Photoshop (or similar) to create promotional material
