Tim Bittleston, an experienced tech entrepreneur and former iKVA’s non-exec director, has been announced as the company’s new Chairman. Bittleston succeeds Chris Doran who will continue to act as iKVA’s Non-Executive Director.
Tim held several senior positions in the tech sector before working with Natwest Ventures in 1998 to acquire four companies forming the Pennine Software business, which was sold to Alphameric.
Since then, Tim has been involved in the growth, acquisition and development of many successful tech and Artificial Intelligence companies in CEO, chairman and non-executive director roles. These include tech giant Benefex, data specialist Springboard and Machine Learning firm Celaton.
“We are delighted to announce this appointment as part of our growth objectives and another strategic milestone on our journey of becoming world-class leaders in the AI-enabled knowledge management space,” said Jon Horden, CEO of iKVA.
In partnership with Mott MacDonald, the company just announced the roll-out of a new AI web-tool based on iKVA’s innovative knowledge management technology – Envision, enabling entrepreneurs to instantly visualise where their business fits in a constantly evolving ecosystem, giving insight into potential relevance and, ultimately, path to investment.
